The cellar holds more than 2,500 wines and vintages. Ahr Valley Pinot Noir is the heart of the collection, joined by Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot varieties and other distinctive wines from all 13 German regions.
Thorsten has worked closely with German growers and VDP estates for years. The selection ranges from accessible estate wines to single-vineyard bottles, Grosses Gewächs, mature vintages and rare large formats.
